Privacy Policy

Dumb Charades is developed by Dr. Priyesh Patel and Dr. Taral Patel. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our application.

1. Information we do not collect

The application is designed to be completely self-contained on your device. We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), such as:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your location data
• Your device's unique identifiers (like UDID or advertising ID)
• Data from your contacts, photos, or other applications
• Any usage statistics or analytics about how you play the game

2. Information stored locally on your device

The app uses UserDefaults (a built-in iOS feature) to save one piece of non-personal data: hasLaunchedBefore — a simple true/false flag to remember if you have opened the app before. This is only used to show the app's disclaimer on first launch. This information never leaves your device and cannot be used to identify you.

3. Third-party services

Dumb Charades does not integrate with any third-party services — no analytics companies, ad networks, or social media platforms have access to any data through our app.

4. Children's privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the game is intended for a general audience, we encourage parents and guardians to monitor and guide their children's activity.

5. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
