Welcome to NMIBC Guide, provided by Dr. Priyeshkumar Patel. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the data you work with.

2. Information we do not collect

We DO NOT collect any of the following:

• Personal Information: your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal identifiers
• Protected Health Information (PHI): any patient data such as patient names, hospital numbers, TURBT dates, or pathological factors
• Usage Data: how you interact with the app, which buttons you press, or what calculations you perform
• Device Information: unique device identifiers, IP addresses, or other device-specific information

3. On-device data processing

All data you enter and all calculations performed by the App (including risk scoring and schedule generation) occur exclusively on your device. The information is stored locally in the App's secure sandbox and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

4. Information you voluntarily share

The only way data leaves the App is when you explicitly choose to share it using the "Export Schedule to PDF" feature. You are solely responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of the method you use to share or store the exported PDF.

5. HIPAA note

Because we (the developer) do not receive, create, maintain, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI) through the App, we do not function as a "Business Associate" under HIPAA. The responsibility for HIPAA compliance remains with you, the healthcare provider.

6. Children's privacy

This App is intended for use by medical professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
