1. No data collection

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data or the content you create within the App.

• No personal information such as name, email, location, or contacts
• No third-party analytics or tracking tools
• No information about how you use the App

2. Local data storage

All files, documents, images, and data you create, scan, or import using PDF & Image Toolkit are stored exclusively on your local device. Your files are not uploaded to any external server or cloud service by us.

Important: If you delete the App from your device, all associated data including your saved files and Recycle Bin contents will be permanently deleted. Please back up important files using the Share or Export features.

3. App permissions

• Camera Access: Required for scanning documents, ID cards, and business cards. Not used for any other purpose.
• Photo Library Access: Required to import photos and images. Only accesses specific images you choose.
• Contacts Access: The Business Card Scanner uses this only to create a new contact — it does not read your existing contacts.

4. Security

The App's data is protected by the standard encryption built into your iOS/iPadOS device. An optional local Passcode and Face ID lock is available. This passcode is stored securely on your device only — we have no way to access or recover it.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from them.

6. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review it periodically for any changes.
